Can I modify or cancel my order?

What are the payment options?


At this time we do not accept credit card payments. However the following payment options are accepted: Bank Payments: online transfers, fast depoist and over the counter deposits are accepted please note the proof of payment is required. How do I become a subscriber?


Simply enter your valid email address in the box at the bottom of the page and select the "Sign Up" button. As a subscriber you automatically become a part of our mailing list, you would be the first to know about our sales and new arrivals. You would be able to unsubscribe at your convenience.




Can I order by phone?


Unfortunately we do not accept orders over the phone at this time. However, you may order directly from our website on your smartphone. Start shopping now.




Do you restock sold out items?


Yes we do restock some of our sold out items. An email will be sent to all our subscribers when sold out items have been restocked.





Delivery/Shipping

What are the delivery options?


There are four delivery options available with us:

  • In peron collection: meeting points are either Park Street PoS, San Juan, its will be ready for collection one day after the order is placed.
  • Domestic shipping TTPOST : 2-4 working days
  • Regional Shipping via TTPOST-DHL : 3-5 working days​
  • International Shipping via TTPOST-DHL : 3-7 working days




What are the shipping destinations?


TTPOST can ship to any doesmtic location in Trinidad and Tobago. Regional and International deliveries are to be collected at the relevant post office.




I think my package was lost or stolen, what do I do now?


Style and Sea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine a safe and secure place at your delivery address, if you are unable to collect. What is the return policy?


Please refere to our return policy.




Do you offer refunds?


We do not offer cash refunds, however we do offer store credits that can be used to purchase another item providing that the item falls within or return policy guidnelines.

Gift Vouchers

How will I know the value of my gift voucher?


The value of your gift voucher will be written at the front of the gift voucher.




How do I use my gift voucher?


Gift vouchers can be used to purchase any item on the site. Your gift voucher would be accompanied by a code, this code is to be used on checkout for the discount to be applied. Please note that a gift voucher cannot be used in parts nor can it be traded for cash.

Order Status

Why was my order cancelled?


Your order can be cancelled if the period for your payment has elapsed without your payment being made. Please note there is a two day wait period for the full payment to be made. Your order can also be cancelled if the choosen item has been sold out before your payment was completed.




How do i track my order?


Once your package has been sent through TTPOST you will be sent the ttpost trackpac tracking number, you will be able to contact ttpost directly to follow up on the status of your package: 800-POST(7678).
